At Solar Bins Australia, we are privileged to announce our recent partnership with highly reputed UK litter bin giant Wybone. Wybone have been industry leaders for 50 years seeing the manufacture of 60,000 various items of street furniture a year. This exciting partnership has subsequently led to the launch of our newest venture, Medibins Australia. Medibins Australia provide a range of premium clinical waste bins that are specifically designed and manufactured to meet the demands for clinical waste infrastructure supplied to Australian hospitals and healthcare facilities. Some of our leading products include:
1. Eco Sackholder
This 80 Litre Eco Sackholder is part of our budget range of metal clinical waste bins and is manufactured from corrosion resistant galvanised steel and all metal fixings. If you require a sackholder manufactured with all plastic parts instead, take a look at our Capsule II 80 Litre Sackholder.
The reason we refer to this as an ‘eco’ sackholder is due to the design of this sackholder which has been streamlined in order reduce the time and materials that are taken to produce it. As a direct result of this streamlining, we can pass cost savings onto our customers. We may be biased, but we actually think this is also our most stylish sackholder!
2. Capsule II Sackholder
The brand new 80 Litre Capsule II All Plastic Sackholder is the latest edition to the growing Medibins range. Specifically designed and manufactured to meet the demand for a plastic sackholder to be supplied to Australian hospitals and healthcare facilities, this unit offers strength, style and durability, with absolutely no chance of rusting.
This sackholder has been specifically designed to provide a waste solution for clinical settings, including sensitive areas such as MRI rooms and theatres. The plastic components used ensure no rusting and an easy clean finish. The durable plastic base has been expertly designed to ensure no marking of walls or floors and the stylish design means that this new plastic range of bins is suitable for environments such as operating theatres as well as waiting rooms and patient rooms. The 80-litre capacity also means this unit is suitable for heavy use areas. Furthermore, the rounded edges on this sackholder and the plastic manufacture make it suitable for use on children’s wards without the worry of sharp edges.
3. Hybrid Sackholder
This 80 Litre Hybrid Sackholder is manufactured from a combination of materials to give you the best of both worlds!
This sackholder is manufactured from a combination of premium quality, corrosion resistant galvanised steel and ABS grade durable plastic. The lid is formed from galvanised steel to provide a heavy-duty lid, while the base is manufactured from plastic to give extra corrosion resistance for instances when the bin is placed in areas such as wet rooms. The body of this sackholder is manufactured from Plastisol (plastic coated steel), or alternatively can be fitted with a transparent body for recycling.
If you prefer an all plastic unit, please feel free to check out our 80 Litre Capsule II Sackholder. Or if you’d like a full metal unit, please take a look at our 80 Litre Metal Sackholder.
